Vietnamese Vegan Iced Coffee
Ingredients
3 tablespoons Vietnamese style coffee grounds
2 tablespoons sweetened condensed oat milk
A splash of soy milk
Ice cubes
Equipment Needed
Vietnamese drip coffee maker
Glass
Measuring spoons
1. Start by adding the ground coffee to the coffee maker and pour in a little bit of boiling water, leave until coffee soaks up the water. Then top with more boiling water. Leave to drip into the bottom cup.
2. When finished brewing stir in the condensed oat milk and stir until well combined!
3. Add to a glass filled with ice and top with a splash of soy milk.
4. Sip and enjoy your beautiful coffee! ❤️
